I call bullshit. The only time I’ve ever felt good about paying taxes was last year when I learned that the checks I was going to have to write were going to be less than half of what I had feared they would be. And that was only a “sigh of relief” good feeling, not a “warm fuzzy, I love my Congresscritter and fully support the latest fiscal insanity that the lying bastard is trying to ram down my throat” feeling. However, if anyone out there actually feels good about paying taxes they are welcome to pay mine as well. “Spread the love,” that’s my motto.
