Mike Nifong has joined a very exclusive club that previously only had one member. Now that he’s joined, he and OJ can come up with a secret handshake, maybe design a stupid hat or something.

It’s SO nice to hear a story of true justice like this for a change. Even more encouraging that other attorneys in the area championed the cause of these young men against the odds.
Paul: I agree with you that it’s nice to see a story of true justice, but I’m not sure justice has been done in this case. The dismissals are only the first step. When Mr. Nifong has been disbarred, the accuser put in jail, both successfully sued, the Duke professors forming the gang of 88 fired, the former Duke Lacrosse coach reinstated and the millions of dollars that the players incurred in legal fees reimbursed there will be some measure of justice. I see this more as a story about someone finally having the balls to do the right thing rather than a story about true justice.
